Default autometer rpm module hook-up

I had this hooked up before with my last motor and was wondering if I can hook it back up with the LS1 motor... The wiring was redone by speartech if that matters.. I looked but couldn't find any good info with a reworked harness...
autometer #5310 rpm activated module..

Default Tach signal

There should be a white wire coming from the ECU for the tach signal. Search pinouts for your year/ECU to fine where its located.

What was the old motor? The ls motors need to have the tach setup in 4cyl mode. You also may need to add a 12v source to the tach signal to stregthen its signal to the tach and may have to play with different resistors to get it right.
