You're going to start a huge argument in here asking this question. Almost any route will make the power you are looking for. Choose the one that fits your preference.

Your cam is a little mismatched for a turbo setup, and that 4L60 isn't going to hold up to boost very well.

What do you mean by "which route"?

Someone grab the popcorn. Hundreds of people telling you to go one way or the other because of what they prefer are inbound.

A. If you have lots of money and fabrication skills, go twin turbo.
B. If you have lots of money and little fabrication skills, go supercharger.
C. If you have medium amounts of money and fabrication skills, go single turbo.
D. If you do not possess much money, or much fabrication skills, buy some tools and a welder and start playing.
E. If you do not possess much money or fabrication skills and do not want to learn to build it yourself, stay out of the boost game.

This forum is very helpful for starting this endeavor. Good luck, it's always nice to see new projects. Keep us in the loop.
