Default TCC/OBD questions

I have installed a 2005 5.3/4L60E into a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, I have the entire wire harness and underhood fuse block of the GM installed and it runs. my question are:

1. From the C100 plug I have run the dark green wire to the OBD port as the serial data feed and have power and 2 ground also. My scan tool powers up but does not read. Is this the proper data wire?

2. Should the wire from the brake switch for the TCC be connected to a wire in the C100 plug, the C12 spot on the C1 underhood fuse block plug or directly to pin 33 on the PCM?

Should be dark green from blue 58, circuit #1049. You should also have 2 grounds and a 12v. Take a look at www.lt1swap.com for the example.
The TCC goes to blue 33, purple wire.

I have scan tool working now.

All that is left is the Torque converter lockup, from brake switch (mid 80's Camaro switch) where should I run wire to?
