Turbo 4.8 fox project I'm new here, I had a mod motor with Manley rods and pistons ready to go but water got in into one of the cylinders and rusted the wall pretty bad. So instead of going trough the hassle of getting another block bored and what not I bought a gen 4 4.8 motor from a silverado for 625. My brother will be using the forged internals on his 01 cobra. I've been collecting parts for quite a bit. My friend who also has an ls in his mustang will be doing the fab work. We will be doing a 25.5 cage. we are pretty confident that we will be able to get 1000rwhp out of the stock internals with arp rod bolts.

Had the rear end narrowed 2" and used 9" ends
I'll be using alcohol so I'm sure this pump will only get me to 700-750 hp. Might sell this to get a mechanical fuel pump. I'm trying to get the car running at 700 hp so I can get seat time.
