Need some wiring help on 2nd gen Firebird swap
I've run into a little issue I can't figure out on my build. I've been gathering parts for a while and slowly working on my harness. I was going to run a LQ4 with a 4L80e. I'm now going to be running a LQ 6.0 block bored for L92 pistons and rod on the 6.0 crank, L92 heads, and LS3 intake manifold, injectors, and throttle body.
I should be able to run my harness and pcm I currently have? Its a 2003 DBW 6.0L/4L60e from a Yukon. I know I'll have to finish my harness out to a standalone. I almost have it in that stage right now but I'll have to change injector pigtails and stuff. I wasn't sure what would need to be changed software wise for the different injectors, throttle body, and manual trans.
My pcm is service number 12576106 and hardware number 12570558
I also need to figure out the whole wiring for the manual trans with the reverse lights, clutch neutral safety switch and stuff. Any help will be appreciated. I read into the whole LS1 4L60e to T56 threads but I'm not sure as mine is coming from a modified truck harness and I don't have the stock brake switches and all.

It's a little confusing. Are you still going to be running the 4l80e? I know you will have to have to computer reflashed for the 80e. If you're going T56 I think that there are also some changes in the programming.
