Building a Frankenstein turbo motor.

Building a Frankenstein turbo motor.
Looking for some insight into putting the best pieces from the stock LS engine series together for an engine. Looking for a turbocharged 1000+ HP engine for a roller I just picked up. I have done lots of reading here, what is the best component for strength from each of the Generations?
I have a place near me that sells cores relatively cheap, that I can get just about anything. 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, 6.2.
Was thinking a 6.0 with 317 or L92 heads, 88MM turbo on E85 or C16. Just like everyone else, on a budget. I have experience with the LC2 engine and turbo buicks, just looking for some insight on what to avoid. Would like to stick with original LS parts for the big items. If you could have X block, X crank, X rods, X heads, X cam and so forth, thats what I am really looking for.
Thanks for any help.

170 views and not a response? I promise I am not a troll. Is there a FAQ or sticky I missed somewhere.
Which crank is the strongest?
Which rods are the strongest?
Which rods are the best design?
Any stock intakes that will support 1000 on C16 at 30 psi?
