Default Chevelle radiator hose

Trying to find an upper hose to connect the LS - 1-1/4" connection to my 72' radiator 1-1/2". Finding lots of hoses with the correct size ends but not the right length, shape etc. Anyone else using the stock radiator with their conversion and had the good luck to find a one piece hose that fits? If not, had anyone used a reducer in a 1-1/2" hose to connect to the block? Thanks for any help.

Thanks Gary. I am trying to locate a hose with the 2 different size ends but if I can't I would like to find a 1-1/2" hose the right length/shape and use a reducer that inserts into one end to reduce it to 1-1/4" and can be clamped to the pump. Trying to keep away from connecting two different size hoses inless I have no other choice.

You know if you use the 1 1/2" hose you can just put a short piece of 1 1/4" hose on the LS pump fitting and slip the 1 1/2"hose over it.

You can use a coupling like this.......they come in all combinations........now you can piece a hose together and you can also use the tapped hole for the steam lines

Skydude...I didn't have a decent radiator to use when I did my swap and didn't want to go back to the old copper brass...so for about a 100 bucks I went this route...then I just used a stock truck upper hose...

Might be helpful to know what application that radiator is for...

I used the transitions from Jags That Run:

Thanks for the info but I have the stock radiator already installed with electric fans and all the goodies so I will probably stay with it. My last effort to use a one piece hose was a Gates flexible and it just would not conform to the bends I need, sooooo, I have decide to do what a lot of people do and splice a 1-1/4 to my 1-1/2. Thanks everyone for all the help.

I apologize...I just went into the NAPA catalog and found one with the same dimensions as the original...I think I got the tip from someone on the Chevelle board.
