I was wondering where swap guys are getting their car's tested?
Now that my car has moved south, I am in need of an emission test.

I haven't yet taken mine through emissions. I did however get the recommendation to take it to Vaughn's Exxon in Canton. I guess they have worked with some swaps and custom vehicles before and are willing to work with you to get it tested.
