Removing Auto Trans from Harness Question
I will be running a manual trans with my swap and I have some questions about the wiring. I would like to remove as much as I possibly can to make this a cleaner install. I have the LT1swap information in front of me and I dont want to assume I can remove all of the AT wiring and I cant. The pins in question are (2003 harness)
C1 Blue connector Pins, 17, 18, 32, 34, 53, 72,and 79. On the blue connector can I also remove 33? Its for the TCC brake switch.
On the C2 Green connector I would like to remove:
2, 6, 8, 22, 23, 42, 47, 48, 51, 62, and 63.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

If it goes to the trans connector, it can be removed from the harness entirely. There is a 12v IGN wire that doesnt go to the PCM that can stay or go depending if you need reverse lock
Also, ditch the brake switch and P/neutral. If you have a trans range switch on the harness(trucks) all of that wiring can go too
Manual cars have a CPP switch that bumps idle when lugging the engine when stopping. This is optional, the auto harness wont have it, you'll have to reuse a removed pin if you want it
