Default LS2 Crank relearn issue 5V brake signal

I just swapped LS2/4l60e into my jeep. It is 24x system with E40 ECM and I am running Current performance stand alone harness.

The car keep throwing the p0315 "Crankshaft position system variation not learned" and I am unable to the relearn procedure with HP tuners.

I read somewhere on the forums that in order to do the procedure the ECM needs to get 5V brake pedal signal, in other words it will not do the procedure unless the brakes are applied. I suspect that the Current Performance harness does not have this wired correctly or not at all. I think that there are two brake pedal signals to the ECM: Position 1 and position 2

On the J1 plug to the ECM cavity #22 5V signal that indicates pedal sensor 1 position

On the same plug cavity #41 5V signal that indicates pedal sensor 2 position.

Can somebody elaborate on this? Also I need to find the source for the 5V current
