Default doner vehicle parts.

planning a lq4/4l80 swap into my 70' monte carlo. i picked up a good running 03' express van as the doner. I already have the engine and trans out of it and i have the rest of it sold a guy is coming to pick the van up this saturday. I was wandering what else i may need from the van to make my swap go smoother. i dont want to go scouering the salvage yards for something i already have.
so i have picked off this van.
-engine
-transmission
-wireing harness and engine pcm( does this also run the transmission?)
-throttle cable.
-exhaust
-transmission output yoke.
thanks.
mike.

That's about all you need, unless it's DBW then you need to rob the gas pedal. But being an express van you should have DBC. Might want to steal the radiator and condenser, might fit in your carlo.

thanks.
its a cable throttle body so i should be good there. the it was in a front end crash so the condensor and radiator were bent up. I got the van for 1k got everything i wanted out of it including all the loose change out of the floorboard. getting 500 out of the rest. seems like a good deal.

Fuel pump/sender
Trans cooler lines
All hoses (cooling, PS, etc)
Battery cables, grounding straps
EVERYTHING! You may not need it now but can come in handy later

I agree with Gary, strip everything that you possibly can. You will be surprised at how much you recycle.
