Default help me build a swap for c10

I'm in need of a little help getting some ideas on a future build I want to do for my 86 c10. Right now I want something I can build within a good budget. My plan is maybe a 5.3, or 6.0 nitrous/carb build.

I'm clueless and get steered in different directions as to whether a 5.3 or 6.0. I would prefer to have around 430 to the wheels NA.
I need some better opinions on a motor setup. Which heads. Anything done major to bottom end?
My idea is to get a motor.
Find some good flowing heads. mild work can be added if needed.
3000 or so stall
custom grind cam
750 or 850 dp carb
zex perimeter plate
250 shot

Truck right now has a mild built 355. Th350 trans. 3.08gears. Spooled diff

I'm building this exact truck right now. Only mine will have a built T56. A 6.0 with a good set of heads, a healthy cam and long tubes should put you in that ball park, you're pretty much spot on. I had a Trailblazer SS before the C10 and I built an LS2 with a set of ported LS3 heads, L92 intake, healthy cam, springs, and long tubes. Made 357 AWHP on a Mustang dyno with a tune. I'm now building the twin motor with a carb, I have the same goals.
