Default wiring problem

Ok so I'm doing a ls1 swap on a Chevy c10. Motor, transmission and wire harness came out of a 2000 camaro ss. So my problem is when I was wiring the Orange wires to the fuse block I noticed that my pin# 20 and 57 join into one and like 12 inches down it's cut. Where does this wire go. I'm assuming it should attach to a wire that gives consistent 12v to the pcm.

You assume correctly. The orange wires go to constant power.
