Default LS1/T56 into and S10

I am wiring an 04 GTO LS1/T56 into a 91 S10. I have the harness and PCM from the GTO. The PCM is a blue/green connector and the GTO has a cable driven throttle body but seems to have an electronic gas pedal with external DBW motor working the TB. My question is, if I do away with all the external DBW motors and modules, will the Blue/green PCM run the TB? I have all the connector views from the harness but I cannot seem to get the schematics. Does anyone have schematics they wouldn't mind sharing for 04 GTO?

Something is not right, 2004 GTO is dbc only and no electronic throttle body or gas pedal. 2005-2006 Gto is dbw and does have a dbw throttle body and electronic gas pedal, the 2005-2006 uses a e40 ecm.

I think everything I saw was related to cruise control.

The 2004 GTO has an cruise control external box with cables to actuate the dbc throttle body, while the 2005-2006 GTO the cruise control is integrated into the dbw throttle body. On your 2004 harness if you are not going to use cruise control you just eliminate the external box and cables and tune it out of the PCM.

Default Stopped running.

So we've had the truck running and driving for about 2 weeks now. I was running perfect except the speedo was off about 45mph. I was calibrating with HPT when after the third flash the truck wouldn't start. The PCM won't communicate and the fuel pump relay just sounds like a machine gun. Has anyone been able to recover a PCM from an issue like this?
