Not pretty but it will function just fine. The kit available at gbodyparts.com is the same. I ran an older G body like that for years without an issue.

Can you please post some pics of the GN filler neck fitment? I read several times it is different than the Cutlass and can cause interference issues.

Started working on my wiring today, mounted the relay box in the glove box and I'm relocating the battery to the trunk.

Car sits higher up front now, should I cut the coils or order drop springs?

97 corvette, I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I had to shave/modify my tensioner to get it closer to the motor...

So did you have to cut the coil springs? My '87 Monte SS sits higher too. I'm hoping that it'll drop down some after installing the hood, battery, fluids, etc.

Did you get your exhaust hooked up does it look like the Jegs cross member is going to work with the fbody headers?

Def. Doesn't line up straight through the humps but a couple 90s and 45s got the piping to line up through the humps!

If I could go back I would've spent a little extra on the g-force crossmember the exhaust humps are spread further apart and bigger. I plan on swapping to a th400 next year so maybe then!

Just out of curiosity, why are you going to get rid of a tranny with overdrive for a three speed?

I plan on doing a good amount of drag racing next year, and a th400 with a transbake is pretty hard to beat as far as parts, price and reliability.

True enough...TH400's can take a lot of abuse.
