Ok on my 83 cutlass swap, my tci tcu needs a switched power source .problem is my switched power still shows 1.7 volts when keyed off and tcu throws an error code won't shut off. Do I need more grounds? Is ignition switch bad? I could put it on its own switch but who wants to flip a switch every time I go somewhere? Not me.any help is appreciated thanks
