Default 1953 Belair 5.3L/4L80e swap

in the process of building a 53 Belair. decided to go with the 5.3/4L80e powertrain instead of stock 235 I6/powerglide set up.

this involved changing the rear end, front suspension, engine/trans, all wiring from headlight to tail light/engine harness, interior, shifter, steering.
, ect...

basically it will be a brand new 1953 Belair when completed.
pics below show the car when I picked it up. the car was a driver and all stock/original.
then a few with the car where it sets now. if all goes well I should have it on the road soon.

That's a real nice looking car, and it will be even better when you are finished. Good work!
