Got a ZL1 lid in. Turns out its only 1/4" taller than the CTS-V lid, but is pretty squared off in front where the caddy lid slopes down for lower hood lines

Are you sure about this? Because I have the same water pump from 2010 camaro at the truck spacing, and running vvt. I was under the impression from the photo below that the LSA drive is one step farther out than the truck/ls3 spacing.

That would be great. I am trying to visualize the spacing from the pictures I have seen.

Thank you so much for that. Now I can visualize the spacing.

I am wanting to put an LSA on a truck engine, but retain VVT. As far as I know, this has not been done before.

Looks like I will have to do some more homework.

Use a truck 8 rib conversion kit on truck accessories and LSA SC tensioner. Shim the blower and tensioner pulleys off .135." Figure out idler locations and brackets to ensure proper belt wrap

Separate belts. For a stock LSA, the main accessories are on corvette spacing, so I can use CTS-V FEAD (expensive), corvette (reasonable), or aftermarket brackets on the corvette spacing (inexpensive). I opted the 3rd choice

Are you going to be using the actuator or that solenoid thing on the supercharger on the snout?

Very interested in this.
Have an LQ9/T56 for my C3 corvette project.
I want to do a PD blower, and keeping the cost down is always a plus.
