HELP!!!! swapped ls1 into 97 lt1 camaro and now I have no spark

HELP!!!! swapped ls1 into 97 lt1 camaro and now I have no spark Please before you tell me to go google or look it up or post links to the wiring threads in here I have already done this.
I have done tons of testing with my multimeter and I still cant figure it out here is the basics
using a 2000 ls f body harness. Have tested power to PCM, the PCM ignition and the grounds and all checkout, OBD2 works and hp tuners has been hooked up and is reading sensors and showing RPM so crank sensor works.
when cranking the Coils have power and both ground wires are reading ok. all grounds on back of engine and engine to frame appear to be ok, engine turns over just fine.
no blown fuses. VATS IS DELEATED!!!! I am just stumped because everything seems to be checking out ok I cant see how the coils wont fire when they have power and are even charged up.
