91 Mustang GT 6.0 Swap

91 Mustang GT 6.0 Swap Picked up a fairly clean roller from a member off corral for a good price and I have decided to swap in a 6.0. Plans are
JY 6.0
Team z or aje k member (not sure yet)
750 dp
vic jr intake (or sup vic?)
powerglide
373 - 430s (not sure on this either)
Biggest thing I am unsure of is what route to go with the top end. Square port or cathedral port? I have been searching and it seems a lot will say one thing, and a lot will say another. End goal is 10s on motor.
Any opinions are welcome.
