Default B-Body fuel system help.

I am going to install a 95 impala fuel tank on my 71 Monte with a 2001 5.3 in it.

This is where Im lost. I am using the stock intake. My truck engine has a fuel regulator on the rail right?

From what Ive read I have to get a Walbro 255 pump. Do I need the corvette filter/reg or just an inline filter.

Your intake should have both a supply and return so using a 'Vette filter/regulator is out. You do need a pump that will put out 60 PSI either in tank or inline. The system should be PUMP (in tank or in line), FILTER (for LSX engines), connect to fuel rail, return line run from regulator on the fuel rail to the tank.

Why not use the whole body setup lines included? Its what I did for my 80' Caprice.

Considering that you're using the 95' tank it would be best to use the factory sending unit. Plumbing the fuel from the tank to an inline pump is too complicated when the tank is already setup for a tank mounted pump.
