04 Sierra denali LQ4 to L94 Hi Guys
I have a 2004 Sierra Denali with a LQ4 mated to 4l65, a it has Quadrasteer. The truck only has 140,000 kilometers on it, and recently lost oil pressure.
Changed the sender unit, and oil pump.
I now need to replace the engine. I know the LQ4/LQ9 bolt right in, but there is a complete low mileage L94 available locally for just a bit more cash. He also has the computer for sale.
I really would love to have a L94 in my truck, but I have no idea if it is possible at a reasonable price, or what is involved. I did a search and found nothing similar.
Would I use the 04 computer or the L94?
Will it bolt right up to the 4l65?
Sensors, accessories?
Wiring harness?
I appreciate any advice
