The first car taught me a lot about what I wanted in a swapped car.. I went through a couple of engines learning about the whole Ls+turbo thing. I decided that I would probably keep the next car NA until I learn a lot more about tuning.. Also decided to run a GM PCM over the micro squirt system. Driving the car in the winter helped me decide that I would keep heat in what we I put together. Also know that I would like overdrive so 4l80 it is.. I've heard a lot of bad things about how weak the 4l60 is(in stock form atleast) power steering and AC aren't really a concern at this time..

Plan to keep it simple
5.3 4l80
Stock 8.8 posi maybe 3:73?

Eventually maybe play with nitrous.. I have a turbo that I bought from a buddy but not sure at this time whether I'm going that route.
