Default 69 camaro lq4 swap

Hello all... New to the site and I guess I'm looking for a little advice. I recently decided to swap in a 08 lq4 and a 4l80e into my 69 camaro.. Dumped out of the 454 w/ 4 speed that I bought her with... A little too obnoxious for me... Going with an ls1 intake but leaving the stock cam... Guess I'm just looking to see if I can pick up any pearls of wisdom from you guys.. Any advice on rear ( currently running posi 4.11)?? Can anyone ballpark the kinda power I might make with headers, 3 inch exhaust?? Thanks all... Looking forward to talking.

LS1 in my 68 Camaro with Texas Speed 228R cam, headers, 2.5" exhaust probably has me close to 400 rwhp.

Quick search looks like LQ4s rated at 300 horsepower to 325 horsepower and 360 lb·ft to 370 lb·ft from the factory (flywheel). Headers/exhaust maybe 30 more horse? With a tune 40? Experts will chime in.
