Default LT1 T56 to LS T56 - Clutch pedal mods needed?

I have 1968 Camaro that formerly had a SBC with a T56 that was from an LT1.

I am switching to an LQ4/T56 combo.

The clutch pedal and master cylinder were installed from an LT1.

Now that I am switching over to a 6.0L LQ4 with LS T56, I was wondering if the clutch pedal will work.

I have a McLeod Hydraulics conversion kit with the conversion plate.

I've been Google searching LS1 T56 into LT1 3rd gens (because I have the pedal and hydraulics from LT1 3 rd Gen) and no one seems to be talking about issues or mods needed to the clutch pedal.

Will I need a new clutch pedal? It looks like the LT1 pedal will line up well with the new Mcleod conversion stuff.

Any thoughts or links someone could point me to?

Default answered my own question

Anyone looking for an answer. I found the response:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...amaro-z28.html

Since I used LT1 T56 clutch pedals, adapter plate, LT1 master cylinder with no mods, I just looked up the LT1 F - body to LS swap stuff.

Default

There is no LT1 third gen.

The master cyl. attachment in 84-92 is farther from the pivot bolt than the master cyl. attachment in 93-02.

The master cylinder bore is a different size 93-97 than 98-02.

Default Thanks for the correction

4th gen. .thanks

The reason i said i answered my own question was because. Ex-SS-ve in the post i referenced said he swapped an LSx t56 combo into his 93 and he had no problem with the pedal assembly.

Since i had a SBC t56 combo with the lt1 type pedal assembly in my 1st gen, i was wondering if my LT1 type pedal assembly would work with LSx hydraulics. According to ex-SS-ve, it will.

Looking at it, it seems like it will line up but i just wanted to make sure.

If you think differently, I'm all ears. I appreciate the response btw. Thanks!
