Default Ls1 pan or ctsv fox and k member.

Need to make a decision. If I'm correct the ls1 pan is flush but 5.5qt. Ctsv hangs down a little but more capacity.

Ls1 drain on side vs ctsv rear drain?

What has the better pickup location? Lastly how many people run 6 qts in the ls1 pan?

Aje k member.

I've been having trouble deciding on a pan as well. Have a friend with an ls3 pan but nobody can give any dimensions on clearance with their ls1 pan in a coupe with the and k member.

What one has the better pickup location?

Im leaning towards the ls1 pan but just run 6 qts. My intent for the past few years was the ctsv, but now they are close in price new.

I've had the fbody pan and now run the Champ pan, good price considering how much some people want a f body pan for.

Thanks booboo37. What kind of 60's? no fluctuating of oil pressure on launch.

im going with the ls1 pan. The ctsv used to be so much cheaper, now its a 30.00 difference.
