Started my new project! 97 LS1 swap Nissan frontier
So after i wrecked my SS I found this roller hardbody that use to have a v8 in it. Came with a couple of goodies and the price was unbeatable. Has a narrowed Ford 9" rear end with 350 gears, dual stage fuel pump, custom driveshaft, air shocks, custom colorado speed 20" billets with nitto nt555 all around, Griffin radiator, custom gauges and seats. The truck needs a little work but is getting there this weekend I finally dropped my LS1 with the t56 in there and it went in easier than I thought and driveshaft fit perfect just have to relocate the transmission mount. Here are some pics for yall.
Let me know what yall think, good or bad comments they are all welcome.

Should probably be in the hybrids and conversion section. I am excited to see this however as I have a D21 regular cab I have been looking to do a swap in.
Did they hack up the firewall to get it to fit?
Did you have to cut the tunnel?

Thanks guys. I have no idea how much it weights I hope is way less than 3400 after is done. The firewall was beat with a sledge for days and the tunnel was not cut. The guy had modified the K and the motor sits pretty low in there.

Yeah the truck has been done for a couple of months now and it's been running pretty good. Needed a couple of adjustments when it hit the road/track but other than that I've been having alot of fun with it. I have a couple of videos but not i dont know how to upload them here.

Yeah man I bet it is fun grabbing gears! I wish I wouldn't have sold it, it was a standard as well. I got sideswiped on the back of the bed and jumped a curb and went into a ditch. After that happened it mad me so sick I sold it on Craigslist. It sold within a few hours of posting it. I live by Angleton
