Great news to hear. Thanks for the replies to my pms. I can not wait to get these products for my 91 Formula. I am really liking the true dual exhaust as well and the ability to run a 4l80e. Will it be offered in a 3 inch version?

The tight tucked tube routing geometry of this system does not permit it to be configured in a 3" version and there are no definite plans to produce a different 3" version at this time.

The CAD modeling of the crossmember is done and it has entered the physical prototype building stage to validate the design. I won't have a physical part built for at least another week, but I'll post up some CAD images on Monday for you to get a look at.

Thanks a lot. Will any of the products be available for purchase at LSFest?

The only part of the system that has a chance of being done by then is the stainless version of the 1-7/8" headers.

These CAD images are being posted per your request JWALLIN. It would be used in this configuration, with the cantilevered bracket attached to the crossbeam, to install a 4L60 transmission. A 4L80/4L85 trans installation requires a different specific cantilevered bracket for the center of the crossmember and a T56,TH400 or 2004R installation requires no cantilevered bracket to be used.

Here's some images of the Hooker 3rd-gen F-body trans crossmember on the car configured for a 4L60 installation...

Love the design of your these new parts. Do you have any idea what pricing or release date of any of these items are going to be.

Thanks for sharing your liking of the design of the parts. I'm making the final push on this project now, so that means within a couple of weeks you will start to see the parts popping up o the shelf. The headers and engine brackets will become available first, followed by the exhaust system and transmission crossmember a few weeks them. Check around on the prices for the Hooker G-body LS swap components, that will give you a good idea to what you can expect to see these parts selling for.

That crossmember looks great. Do the motor mounts move the engine forward or back? I was curious at to if the headers and transmission crossmember will work with a K-member as well. I can't wait to see how the 4L80e mount looks.

The engine/transmission mating plane does move forward slightly to accommodate the 4L80 transmission, permit the rear coil/bracket on the passenger side head to clear the A/C box and to be able to install a 4th-gen T-56 without major trimming required to the stock 5-speed shifter opening. I can't say whether the headers will clear a K-member, but I'm sure someone out there will give it a try sooner or later. I will be doing the final test fitting of the other transmissions next week and I'll post up pictures of all of them here.

Thanks for the info. I figured that I would ask about the aftermarket Kmember. Thanks for the updates?

Here's so more images of the pre-production parts I've been testing this week to validate their design geometry and production tooling that will be used to make them...more to come next week.

I'm going to start posting specific fitment photos with various transmissions so you guys can get a look at what to expect with a particular transmission you may be using in your swap...next up is the 4th-gen T56 (the fitment is more or less the same for a T56 Magnum). The headers will fit with the stock or Quicktime bellhousings.

Thanks for the pictures. I have a question so to use these headers and trans crossmember will I also be required to run your motor mount plates and oil pan? Or will this work with the factory 4th gen Fbody oil pan? Thanks again

Yes, use of the header primaries will more than likely require the use of the Hooker engine brackets and transmission crossmember due to the specific fore/aft engine placement and engine height they provide. You would only be able to use a 4th-gen F-body oil pan if you notched the front of the sump, which would decrease your oil capacity. These components are designed for fitment with the Holley 302-2 oil pan, which has the same oil capacity as a 4th-gen F-body pan but with a 2" shorter sump length.
