Flashing problems

Flashing problems So I've started with a drivetrain from an 03 2500hd, 6.0 lq4 4l80e
I need to make it a 1500hd because it's got 2 cats as opposed to the 2500s 4 cats. Flashed as a 1500ss with a 6.0 and could not get the segment swap to work in hp tuners beta, foe the 4l80e it just crashes when you open the compare file. So we downloaded from gm a full stock file for a 1500hd with a 6.0 4l80e, but all of the redones monitors are set to n/a for god knows what reason, a bunch if codes are turned off and that won't fly for smog. I sent the ss file to hp tuners hopefully to get a segmente update for the 4l80e and im waiting on a response. But wtf lol...this should have been quick and easy..where did I go wrong?
