Default 1972 chevy c10 5.3 swap need help
i have a 1972 chevy c10 with 5.3 swap motor with the 4l60e trans i think motor and trans came out of an 2005 chevy 1500 all ready in runs all new harnnes when i put it in drive its like in limp mood it will run but slow

Have you checked fuel pressure?
DBW pedal and throttle body? Are they compatible?
Have you checked all grounds?
Many things to check

yes the truck starts right up and goes in to gear and drives but if u stomp on it it will not spin tires so am thinking like in limp mood
