Default 98 Fbody to 0411 Conversion-TCC issue

Hey guys,
Continuing on this lets be generous and call it journey, finally have the car running and driving but have a TCC error. Trans will shift through all gears into OD but the TCC will never lock up ( brand new billet just cut open and checked ), the only Code I am seeing is p0740 TCC...the Car is a 1998 Camaro 6 speed that I paid to have the harness converted to 4l60 and 99-up 0411. Just left the Trans shop last night ( new built trans now ) and he pulled the pan and replaced the TCC solenoid and internal harness...still same thing....no TC lockup at all....kind of stumped...Does anyone have a programming suggestion OR maybe a photo where I can see which wire is supposed to be delivering the TCC command to the trans ( using a 98 harness pinned for 0411)?

Could the clutch pedal have anything to do with it, I did have to push the clutch pedal down ( it says down ) for the starter to work?

Already spend to much money...please help...

Clutch pedal? The torque converter should be wired up to the brake pedal. Did you do a transmission swap also?

Well you need to make sure the switch is working. When you press the brake pedal that will unlock the torque converter.

Does anyone know what wire the brake switch is on 98 harness? I'm guessing I need to measure it's voltage and make sure it has 12 volts without brakes on...I'm guessing this was supposed to terminate somewhere new on the 0411 pcm?

It is a purple wire that is 12v constant when you hit the brake it cuts the power. The wire goes to pin 77 on the 98. For the 411 that gets repinned to Blue Connector 33

Thanks so much for the help so far, but PIN 77 on my car is a green wire , it was hot key on but when I used a board to keep the brake depressed it was STILL 12VOLTS... Now PIN 33 was non existent , I checked every purple wire going into that harness and none were hot brake not depressed key on...so far I added a PIN to 33 stripped in case I had to run it all back to switch manually....any possibility a 6 speed 98 z28/ss doesn't have that wire in the body harness because it's a standard? I don't recall a purple wire in the bcm wire pack that goes over that direction....

I'm in poor health and I can't quite get under the dash enough to see the brake switch....but I noticed oriellys carries 2 one has 4 poles and one 2...
