LS3/6060 in 4th Gen

LS3/6060 in 4th Gen Did some searching and nothing really hits on what I need and most threads from 2008 or so.
Transplanting the LS3/6060 from a ladys wrecked 2010 SS into her 02 TA.
Other than having to use the FEAD and oilpan, is there any way to adapt to retain keeping ECM/TCM for LS3 or should I just get needed parts to keep existing LS1 harness and 0411 PCM?
I know Lingenfelter made the 24x/58x converter. Has anyone else made one or is there a better component out there?
And lastly for now, trans x-member?? Is a different one needed?
