I do. I just pulled it. Let me know how you want the pictures. I can lay it next to a yard stick. Also let me know what measurements you want

This attachment depicts all the measurements I need confirmed. I believe the crossmember shown in the image is a 64-67 Chevelle crossmember, but I got it off of a shelf that it had been sitting on for 6-7 years and there's no identifying information on it, so I need to be sure.

Todd,
As far as I can tell, your measurements are correct. Now I can not 100% guarantee that my crossmember is stock, but it looks like it is as it has 50 years of crud on it. It has the same indent / hole on the right side as your picture.
Let me know if you have any questions or need more detail
Wide Angle showing yard stick placement
Closer shot. Mine shows a hair over 26, but that may just be the angle of the yard stick
Other side yard stick
Closeup of measurement
Total length measuring tape
Closeup of total length

I wish I had the ability/authority to make such a call around here, but unfortunately I don't. How about a Hooker or Holley T-shirt for your troubles? I think I can pull that one off.

After spending the last week mocking up parts I have a good idea how the configuration of things are going to pan out with this application, but I have to go through the design review process with management to lock things down before I can give you guys a report...I'm shooting for the end of this week.

Do you have an idea as to how long before we might see actual products available? I am really struggling with the idea of starting my 66 without the Holley components.

I'll be better equipped to answer your question next Monday as I need to know the full scope of the work ahead of me to be able to estimate availability dates.

Info update 4/1/2016- Holley management has decided to kill the 64-67 A-body LS swap system development..............of course I'm kidding, April Fools to all of you. On a serious note, I've worked out a lot more design details on the 67 Chevelle I have here and am preparing to receive a 65 GTO on Monday that all the same parts will be loaded into for back-up validation.
I can say at this point that the 64-67 cars will be getting their own engine brackets (two sets like the 68-72 application), transmission crossmember mid-length headers and long-tube headers; the left side long-tube header assembly was the only part from the 68-72 application that fit well enough to leave it alone. I have not done any exhaust fitment testing yet, but I'm going to assume that application specific exhaust systems will also required.
The last thing I will do before pulling the eng/trans from the Chevelle on Monday is to test fit accessory drive components, including low-mount A/C compressors/brackets.
Everything's moving ahead nicely with no issues pertaining to tie-rod/oil pan clearance or the inability to achieve desirable U-joint working angles.
The Chevelle has new body mounts installed and all the steering components have been replaced with ProForged parts to ensure everything is nice and tight. There is also a set of 1" Hotchkis drop springs installed front and back. In this configuration, I have achieved a 1.5 degree front U-joint operating angle and would easily be able to get the front and back joints to match at around 2 degrees if the pinion wasn't set up with the common couple of extra degrees of down angle that GM built into most of their cars. You could easily run it as-is, or install a set of adjustable upper rear control arms to provide further adjustment if desired.
All set-up was done using a 1350 yoke/U-joint at the trans to ensure they could be used along with a 3.5" driveshaft with the Hooker system components...looks like good times ahead for you early A-body guys.
Here's a little photo entertainment for you for the weekend showing the up-front mock-up complete with string lines and my trusty plumb bob.
