Default 5.3 into Jeepster Commando will not stay running

First off, let me appolizge as I know there are many similar treads out there.

I am at wits end, installed a 2003 DBW 5.3 into my Jeep and had the computer flashed and the wiring harness done by a company out of AZ. Here is what is going on. I try starting the vehicle and it imeadiatly fires, runs for maybe a second or two and dies. Sent the ECM back to tuner to make sure VATS was disabled which he says it is.
Fuel is at 55psi, Noid light pulse two strong flash`s then dies to a very dim to almost out while holding the key and continous cranking. Trottle works, tried unplugging MAF, Checked grounds, replaced injectors with brand new ones (Tuner stated he thought that was the issue) Nothing has helped.
I am disabled, so I hired two different certified mechanics to see if they could figure it out, No change, They both believe VATS is still active.
This is getting very expensive. I am reaching out for help here as my last resort... if i cannot get it to stay running i am just going to part it out..I am out of ideas. Any help would be apprecated. Sorry for the novel...

I am starting to think that way also... Noid light flash`s bright for a sesond or two then if you hold the key and keep cranking the light dims, sure acts like the computer is shutting off the injector impulse.

Under normal circumstances the car will start and run with the MAF unplugged.

Do you have a scan tool? I would start with that MAP trouble. First see if you can read the voltages with a scan tool. If the voltage is half a volt or lower then unplug the MAP and read for your 5 volt reference voltage on the harness connector.

When I try to read the Veiw Data I either get a No connection with key off, or with key on and again in veiw data I see MAP and to the right side of screeen it gives a 3.0 value...

When I first got my swap rinning, it started, idled for a sevens or so then die. Once I installed a temp 4in pipe with maf, it would idle.
