Default What is it worth?

I'm getting a really solid 85 cutlass supreme and I'm swapping a 4.8 or 5.3 in it. What do you guys think it would be worth?

interior is mint, I am going to repaint it also

After the swap and paint. I'm seeing them in stock form for 8-10k but that's with like 40000 miles, this one has 130000

Hard to say really. It all depends on the quality of the installation and what other mechanical things you do...

Well the stock motor is locked up so I'm getting the car for 700, I'm going to go throw the suspension and brakes, make sure the ac works and do a clean install on a budget, stock truck motor with stock intake some long tubes keeping the th350. I'm going to go throw the harness and clean it up and maybe shave the intake, I have an extra lying around. I'll be putting new tires on it too, I'll have less than $4500 in it total

If you did a 4L60e that would add value. Someone looking to buy a car like that will want overdrive.

I would think $8-10K for a clean swap in a clean car...

I agree with Andrew, I was thinking right around $9k for a clean car with an LS.
