Default LS7 into a 72 Chevelle Conversion?

Hey Guys,
New here. I have a 72 Chevelle 2-Door Coupe 406sbc/TH-350 carbureted. I am looking in the near future to go all out on it with an BluePrint LS7/625HP. And a Shoe Performance 4L80E Muscle Car Kit. A Moser 12-Bolt rear end. My HP goals are 600+ and 550+ft. lbs. of torque. What should I change in this? What fuel system should I run? What cooling system should I use? Do I need any special motor mounts for this engine like I would with the LS1?

Thanks,
Ethan

For fuel I would go with e85 if it's available in your are. Looks like your on the right track with the planing phase. Take your time and be patient.

Chuck,
It says,"Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

Also, what brakes would you recommend front/rear?

Thanks,
Ethan

It is. What would you recommend for a fuel tank/cell, pump, lines, etc.?

Look into an aeromotive twin phantom intank fuel system.

I used fragola fuel lines and fitting on my project, great stuff. Unless your planing on going over 1000whp on e85, 8an fuel line should be plenty.

Weird, it works for me. I just searched this forum, titles only, for Chevelle.
I don't mean this maliciously but it doesn't sound like you've done a ton of research into this. Fortunately it's all been done before and you can easily duplicate what others have had success with; part of that however is spending some time looking at that stuff before going out and and spending tons of money.
There are tons of answers to each of your questions and without knowing what you are doing or what options you are considering it's hard to say. "What brakes?", for example. No idea how to answer that other than to say I have C6 calipers, ATS spindles and Fbody rear backing plates with hydroboost and an adjustable wilwood prop valve. Whether that helps you or not I'm not sure.
Again, not trying to be a jerk just suggesting that reading and then asking more specific questions might get you more useful information. A lot of people won't even respond at all if they think the OP hasn't tried at all.
Also, LS7 sounds cool but there are tons of other ways to spend $11k and end up with something less pedestrian. A crate LT1 is only $11k, or you could turbo the **** out of an LS3 and end up with more than another basic LS Chevelle swap. Just a thought.

No, you're not being a jerk. I appreciate the criticism, because yes, I haven't done my research. That is why I asked those questions. Isn't that what a forum is for? To ask questions? I will do more research.

The BluPrint engine should be a LS3 block. Not a LS7. Just saying.

You would be correct. Summit didn't state whether it was a LS3 or an LS7. My in correction. Thanks. It's an LS3 then.

Go with the Holley swap components. All of them.

As far as chassis modifications, it all depends on what you want to do with the car.

The best fuel system out there is from VaporWorks, but a simple Tanks, Inc tank with a Walbro 255 will also work fine.

There are dozens of A-body swaps that are well documented here.

Again, depends on what you want to do with the car. If you want just something better than stock, the above options are great.

I just C6 Z06 fronts and LS1 Camaro in the rear.

From there you can spend as much as you want to spend on race oriented parts.

Call Tobin at Kore3 and discuss brakes. He won't over sell you, but you will need to talk through what you are planning to use the car for.

Fuel- Check out Aeromotive and the different option they have.

Holley for the mounts, headers, cross member if you need it.

Cooling systems you can check out something like Cold Case or C&R.
