Default Electric fan mounting kits
How do you install the mounting coil springs that attaches to the fan & zip ties????

I have no idea what piece you are talking about. Most kits have a fan attachment, a push through zip, a backside clip and some rubber pads.

What spring?

My kit had springs.
I don't recall exactly what the setup looked like and they are hidden inside my shroud at the moment, but I'll go snag a pic real quick.
