Ok, I do have some questions:

1.) I think from the pictures I've seen, there is an Alternator and PS pump bracket (big alum casting). Did I miss it in the listing? If its not there, do you guys have a part number for it?

2.) 14th line item is: Belt idler pulley (1) 12564401 Same as f-body. GM parts direct lists that as a water pump pulley. Is that correct? Is it really the water pump pulley? Is it shared with the f-body?

Alright, thats my two questions. Thanks guys.

Sorry for the delay in replying. The alt/ps pump bracket itself is 12555220. (Or was three months ago. GM is way bad about changing numbers) The 12564401 is the non spring loaded idler wheel below the p/s pump. It is the same part number for both Camaro and Corvette. I unbolted it off the Camaro bracket and put it on the Corvette bracket no problem. The water pump and pulley is the same on the Camaro and Corvette also. The pulley looks different on some years, but the functionality is the same. The LS2 water pump (89017457) has a radically different looking pulley, but is supposed to be a bolt on replacement for the LS1/6 motors as well. It will provide about 2 inches more space between the pulley and the radiator. BTW,even though GM changes the part numbers frequently, if you take an old number in, the parts guy can use it to cross reference to the new number.

Just a word of wisdom here....that LS-2 water pump does allow lots more room but if you are using it with the GM brackets you may have to do what I did.....use a puller and move the pulley forward on the shaft about 3/8" and then tack weld it. With my stock 1998 F body setup the belt wanted to fall off the front of the LS-2 pulley until I made that little modification. In all other respects it's a direct bolt-on.

Default Accessory part numbers for C6

Has anyone put together a list of the part numbers for the C6 LS2 accessories?

I haven't seen one yet. Are you volunteering? You're welcome to!

I'd love to see a complete LS2 C6 accessory drive parts list. And / or an LS2 GTO list. Or a list for the Caddy LS6 in the CTS-V (and info about its oil-pan too.) How about the SSR (is it the same as the truck stuff)? The list gets longer the more I think about it, I'd better stop now.

Some F-body stuff.

I went down to my local GM dealer and "commondeered" their computer. Here's what I found...these are all F-body applications.

Alternator:
Rear bracket P/N 12556915
Front bracket P/N 12563327

Power steering:
Main bracket P/N 12561584
Front brace P/N 12555693

These part numbers are right from GM's computers and they also list all the idlers/tensioners as well as the mounting hardware (which I'll get later)

Hopefully these can help others out.

One thing missing from the above list is the balancer. Is the CTSV balancer the same as a C5 or C6 balancer?

I simplified the front of my LS1/6 in my '88 BMW M3 by using only the Corvette alternator mounting bracket (mounting the alternator on the upper left driver side), Corvette alternator and tight but non-tensioned belt from the crank. I disconnected my power steering and found I don't miss it so I took all of the plumbing off. I run a Meziere remote water pump which works beautifully. This really cleaned up the front of my engine and gave me some more room.

HELP!!!
Man just ran into a wall. 02 Corvette LS1 in 1969 Camaro and the parts above all work great except the p/s pulley will not go on as it is blocked by the edge on the A-arm. Anyone ever had this problem? Any suggestions on another part for a smaller pulley?
