Default where to find gm instrument cluster wiring harness

I currently have and plan on using a 98 vette cluster in my dash to compliment the ls1. The problem is that I am having trouble locating a plug/wires that goes into the back of the cluster so I can wire it up. So if anyone is parting out a 97-04 vette or knows of one please let me know.
Does anyone know if the dealer sells just plugs like this?

What I did for many of my GM plugs was to go to the ACDelco web site and try to find it in the part locator there. It takes a lot of digging, but most of the connectors have images so you can see if what you have selected is right. I then gave the ACDelco part number to www.partszoneonline.com and they gave me the GM part number and a price. Ordered all my stuff from them, they are great. The connectors come with about a foot of wire on them as well as nice heat shrink butt connectors.

Get the wires from Mitchell's manuals at the local library.

You can find a new set of male female plugs. just cut the old ones off and rewire it to the new plugs.
Hella and Packard both have multi-plug plugs.

I wouldn't pay GM prices for one of their plugs.

not any f body, but any with the 34(?) pinned plug.
the wire colors may be different than the vette, but you should be able to use a schematic for each hole if it will plug in, regardless the color of the wire.
a pin is a pin.
93-02 firebird
97-02 camaro
is the same plug, AFAIK.

I just got done gutting the electrical on a 99Z28 so I have the plug you are looking for. I also have the factory cluster (I know you want C5 but it's an option). Most of the wires are cut around 8" to 18" but 2 are around 2". Still plenty left to solder your wires onto. Let me know if you are interested.

yea thanks for the offer but i already have one coming from a 98 camaro so i "should" (crosses fingers) be all set now. If not I will get back to you on the cluster and wiring as I need something to monitor my motor when I fire it for the first time.
