Unidentified Plug!! its a 98 LS1 and pcm. The harness has three (3) of these plugs. Im not sure what they are for or if will even need them......

Looks like primary fan relay, secondary fan relay, and fuel pump relay...or at least what plugs into the relay. And you would probably need/want all three. Im no expert but thats what my relays look like.
