truck harness and fbody harness-same?

truck harness and fbody harness-same? Im looking at a 2000 5.3 harness to modify are all the plugs the same,like injector ,etc... for a 99-2001 fbody motor ?

Not all of the plugs are the same, I know that the plugs for the injectors are different. One of the sponsors should sell pigtails for the injectors, I think that instead of doing individual pigtails you might be able to plug in a f-body injector harness, but I am not positive, never tried it, I just read it on here somewhere. The plugs for the computer are the same, but the plugs that go to the under dash harness and fuse box are different, but your probably just going to cut those off anyway.

i believe the computer plugs are the same like G-BODY said, but i'm fairly certain the pin locations are different. you'll have to disassemble the computer plugs(not hard) and swap the pins around to match the computer you're using.
