do you think that compression fittings would work to connect the stock nissan hardline to the hardline on the chevy pump?

also what about a cooler? i'd assume it would be a good idea for a smallish finned cooler for the powersteering on a drift car.

thanks mike. the hardline portion looks to be about the same so i'll just hit my favorite autoparts store (home depot) and grab some 3/8" compression fittings. i have a small finned cooler laying around, it's worth a shot to run it.

do you run PS fluid or ATF like the 240 did?

Mike you got Pwned. LoL you need to have that steam line or you'll blow your head gaskets by trapping air at the top of the engine.

Nissan racks take ATF. If you use PS fluid it will go out faster than normal.

As for lines splice the 2 and dont cross them like i first did. Mark pressure and return lines. Also, you'll need to splice 2 compression fittings together. I had to solder a 3/8" to 5/16" to get it to work. you'll know if you get them crossed, DO NOT START THE CAR WITH YOUR HAND THROUGH THE WHEEL! the second you touch it, it will go crazy.

As for the radiator its a Koyo for a KA. Look at the top outlet pipe. KAs are on the passenger side and SRs are on the drivers side. Thats the only difference.

all 240's use atf.

once you swap it really doesnt matter, atf is only used because of the lines they use. no other reason.
