www.autokraft.org has done a nice Buick GSX clone. They make motor mounts and oil pans to fit the LSX into a GM A Body.

Default LS2 V8 Miata Project

You can see photos of my "one off" LS2 V8 Miata under construction and some of our various other, past high performance projects at;

http://s33.photobucket.com/albums/d63/LS2V8Miata/

Again, mine is a "one off" with everything designed and fabricated by myself and Jeff (Howard Performance) so there is NO KIT available from us.

New news; there is a company in Florida starting to advertise an LSX V8 Miata conversion kit but I don't have any more info than what's posted on their website.

http://www.racingconcepts.net/

Hope this helps answer some of the questions.

here's a couple of places to check out my 240sx LS1 swap, my myspace page and silviav8forums.com =)

it's a purpouse built 240sx for the formula D series, i'm trying to go pro, and whynot with the ls1? Reliable, useable horsepower and torque.

1968 Chevy C10 stepside SWB

Stock: 3 on tree, 250 inline L6
Swap: '01 LS1 out of a TA WS6 + T56 6spd
Gallery: http://satellitehead.com/gallery
Thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/370781-my-ls1-t56-swap-into-68-chevy-c-10-stepside.html

Thread gives a full breakdown of parts used, sources, part numbers, everything else imagineable.

Gallery shows pics of the all work being done to the truck, has a specific section dedicated to the swap with 4 sub-galleries.

Truck is running at the time of this post, but not driveable ... clutch hydraulics not setup yet!!
