LQ4 Harness interchange

LQ4 Harness interchange Does anyone know with the exception of the DBW TB arrangment if a 03 harness will interchange with a 01-02 harness off any truck? What im trying to make sure is if the other sensors have the same connection. Thanks

Actually heres what i want to do: convert a 2003 LQ4/80E to cable drive TB for my swap. I have the PCM and harness from the 2003. I already have a cable drive TB on the motor. can I use a 2001-2002 harness and PCM that is set up for cable drive and 80E? I think this will be the easiest way to convert.
