Does anyone know who makes a motor mount conversion kits for the ls1 engine swap into a 1991 chevy pickup???

Assuming you have a SBC or 4.3 to begin with, all you should need are adapter plates, which you can easily make yourself. Here is a picture of what you need:

just buy them from jegs or summit they are like 80 bucks.
