I know, not exactly an LS1 question, but I figure you guys may be able to provide some guidance.

I recently did some upgrades to my LS1 powered seven, and am now running C5 front brakes, and '02 SS rear brakes.

Problem is that my brake pedal now requires way more travel than I like.

I'm currently running dual .75" bore Tilton masters (one for front, one for rear). Before this upgrade, all the hardware was '70s Toyota stuff.

I think the cure to my problem is to change to a larger bore master - at least for the front.

Do you guys agree? should I go with a 1" bore?
