What year wiring is the best to convert???

What year wiring is the best to convert??? Got a quick question. Ive got a 98 pcm and harness and an 02 pcm and harness. I know 98 pin outs are different but which one will be easier to mod?

Modifying the harness is about the same effort either way.
The 02 has a better faster computer.
The 98 has odball pinouts, wiring and a slower computer.
If it is going to be a bolt on or heads and cam motor it doesn`t really matter which one you use.
If you are going to try and get every last bit of power and are thinking of going with forced induction then I would say to use the 02 PCM/harness.
