Default Starting from scratch

Like it says, starting with an early LS1, no wiring, most sensors. It's a Corvette, with no TB. Buying a cable TB from a member on here. Was panning on either a homebuilt harness, using packard connectors or a $500 ebay harness. Should I use the later 12200411 ECM, seems to be the one? And can I use a five wire MAF instead of the three wire / separate IAT? It's going in a Jeep Wrangler so I am not looking for killer HP, just driveability / economy. Also using a 4l60e. Any input, speculation or abuse is welcome.
