5.3 in a 69 camaro, will the alt clear a cowl hood? Will the 5.3 alt. location clear a cowl hood on a 69 camaro? I have read many changing it to the F-body brackets, but it looks like it will be close with the 5.3. What is everyone else's experience?

Haven't tried it, but we have a 5.3L in the Suburban, so I can take a look at how high it is compared to the front of the block and go look at the Camaro and see how tight it looks if you want.
