Default PCM issue w/convertion

Not sure if this is the place to ask but lets see what comes of this.1992 K15 swapped in a 6.0 The cooling fans are set to come on at 199,the PCM fan 1 wire gounds at that temp but flashs on and off.fan 2 is set for 205 it never grounds.

I ran the test light to the batt + the other end to the fan wire for test.
A constant on/off WTF help please THANKS

Sounds like the on/off temperatures are too close.

If you have EFI Live/HPT go into the fans section, if the on setting is 199 set the turn off temp to 189.

OK with the brain power here i know you guys can help.I am new at this EFI live so I dont pretend to know anything.
If i command high speed then my marked as # 2 fan blinks (it never did anything before) I hit low speed fan #1 stays steady like it should.
Maybe I dont understand whats going on or supposed to go on with high/low fans when I see #1 and #2 fans marked wires.

And to recap. The #1 fan blicks when the engine temp get to 199
My test light is hooked to 12v and light when grounded by PCM THANKS TO ALL
